FORM:
We can see that they decided to use a handheld camera that was most likely shot with a stabilizer. A camera operator with a very steady hand and step captures this beautiful continuous scene.

Harry and his friend steals his friend's grandmother car and take a wild ride.
FORM:

The background to this scene was filmed with a drone. It was added into the frame of the car inside of post production.

This scene uses a combination of camera movements to get the necessary shots. The action in this scene is clearly defined. They using panning and tilting techniques. It uses drone shots and crane-like movement to get the job done.
