Marley Blackmon- Hit me with your best shot assignment

Picture of a person:

Context: This is a picture of Kate Moss photographed by Ellen Von Unwerth. I could not find what year it was published.
Content: Kate Moss, an iconic supermodel, is drinking milk and eating food from the referigerator what appears to be late at night.
Form: I think this photo is amazing because I love fashion and Kate Moss in general but I really like how Kate is almost acting in this picture. The way she has positioned her body is like she is actually moving and caught off guard maybe by someone coming in the kitchen late at night. I also really like how this picture is almost made to be vintage with the colors and the clothing. In addition, one thing I found about the photographer was that she pushes the limits of female sexuality. I think this picture perfectly captures that.

Picture of a place:
Context: This is a picture of Santorini, Greece that I found on pinterest and I think the girl who took this picture is named Kiki Manti because she uploaded it.
Content: This is a picture of the beautiful cobblestone and white buildings in Santorini, Greece.
Form: I really liked this picture because of how beautiful Greece is. I want to study abroad there. I really like how everything is white there because white is my favorite color. I love all of the cobblestone streets and how simple but cluttered everything is.

Wild Card:
Context: This is a picture from National Geographic that was originally published in "For These Girls, Danger is a way of life" in January 2017 by Stephanie Sinclair.
Content: The story behind this picture is that this young 9 year old girl risks sexual violence everyday to make money selling flowers alone.
Form: I think this picture is really powerful. Not only is the story behind it powerful and devastating, her face is too. The rain adds to the sadness of this picture as well. I chose this because I think more people should be aware of stuff like this going on in the world instead of ignoring it or scrolling past it.
